Appreciation in the workplace has a great and positive impact; it makes you feel happy and motivates you to work harder with more dedication. It also helps you to be stable in a job and achieve satisfaction. Here are 6 signs that your boss appreciates you.
1. He appreciates you verbally
A very obvious sign, when your boss directly appreciates you and your work personally or in front of other employees and encourages them to follow you, it shows that he is impressed by your work and appreciates it.
2. He considers your opinion important
When your boss considers your point of view and opinion to be important, it shows that he knows you’re good at your work and it’s a sign of appreciation. He may ask others also to consider your ideas and pay attention to them; this shows that your boss trusts you and your ability.
3. He gives you special treatment
When you are good at your work and your boss appreciates it, you are lucky to get small perks and special treatment. Understanding your problems, giving you leaves easily and other special perks are examples that show your boss appreciates your work and is biased towards you.
