7 Ways to Accomplish Tasks More Efficiently
As working people or even if you are someone working in the domestic space, it’s very important to be efficient and quick in task completion. Effective task completion has many benefits- you can manage your workload, save time, get peaceful sleep, you will never be reprimanded for being laid back and you are always likely to succeed. 1. Zero Procrastination policy
If you have been allotted some work, start the task as soon as you can and complete it. The instructions will be fresh in your mind. You will not make any errors and you will also remember the deadline. In fact you will not have to bother about meeting deadlines. Your work will be completed in or before time.
2. Use post-its
Whenever you have been asked to work on a task, make sure you use sticky notes or post-its. Put them down in bullet points and stick it to your refrigerator or desk- whichever is your workplace.
3. Keep reminders
All important meetings, schedules and appointments should be kept on phone reminder. Use your mobile calendar to set reminders for all your important events. The time should be set for 2 hours prior to the scheduled task. Even if you have forgotten to do something, you will have some time to get to a place or do it immediately. Reminders should be set for every half an hour till the task completion.
4. Build up your ability to multitask
In order to survive in the material world, it’s a dream to do just one task at a time. You need to keep a checklist of things you have to do in terms of its duration, mobility and nature of the task. You can do different things together.

To work effectively, you need enough breaks. Don’t pile up work. Keep yourself free on weekends. Your mind and body needs that rest. Give some time to yourself at night to watch TV or read a book. But, also make sure you sleep for at least 6 hours at night in order to stay fit.
