As a leader, you must be able to judge qualities like honesty, dedication, vision, and remain focused on the goal of leading your team and ensuring that it grows.

3. Respond positively to new ideas

Because of the great power you possess as a leader, you have to make a constant effort to ensure that you do not start playing God. If a member comes up to you and presents an idea that is different from what you had in mind, it is essential that you remain focused on the fact that it is your duty to hear him out with a receiving mind.
